Where do I get my username and password for the patient portal?
Please call us at 361-806-9222 and let us know that you would like to obtain your credentials for the patient portal. We will then set you up.
I forgot my password to the patient portal. What do I need to do?
Call us at 361-806-9222 and let us know that you need your portal password reset. We will get you taken care of.

Our clinic is located in Corpus Christi, TX. Appointments are required for in-person visits.
